But what is the most money you genuinely heard of someone paying for a standard ticket to the last game at the Boleyn?
I don't mean rumours you heard on Twitter!

As I said earlier, the Mancs werent that bad to be honest. A few of them gave me some looks but in the main they just kept themselves to themselves. They knew it was our big night and whilst they were winning they were happy to give me some grief but most (all bar one to be fair) took it back particularly when we got our 3rd. Made it a bit easier for me that I was so close to the Chicken Run as I was getting some good verbal support from there. All that coupled with the fact I'm not the prettiest 16 stone bald bloke to look at so if there were any that wanted a ruck they might have thought I could handle myself and must be halfway to being a psychopath in the first place for just being in there. They'll never know now will they !!

My sons mate paid £500,
1980 FA Cup Final I paid £25 to the peanut man for a ticket, 10 times face.
Attended 44 games that season but my lucky voucher given out at the Fulham home game wasn't lucky and the club only gave them out at the away turnstiles too !!
